Super delicious home made veggie burger and gingerale

Yes, everybody loves burgers and we are no different here! We love it too, but in my version I give it a twist that makes it even more delicious and nutritious, of course.

delicious home made beggie burger and gingerale For my family and friends I make this delicious veggie burger with Italian style baked potatoes, fresh salad with lettuce heart, red tomatoes and olives seasoned with olive oil and oregano. The potatoes in Denmark are so nice and the bread is just amazing. I got the bread from our local organic baker, just across the street from home. I don’t have to go far to get the best living in Denmark.

Para minha familia e amigos eu faco esse delicioso burger vegetariano acompanhado de batatas ao forno ‘a moda italiana, salada fresca com coracao da alface, tomates vermelhos maduros e azeitonas pretas, e tudo temperado com azeite de oliva e oregano. As batatas na DK sao tao boas e o pao e’ simplesmente delicioso. Eu comprei o pao do nosso padeiro organico daqui bem pertinho de casa. Eu nao tenho que ir longe para comprar o melhor vivendo aqui na DK.

delicious veggie burger with melting cheddar and home made mayoI used home made mayonnaise that you already know how I prepare, but this time I added a bit of ricotta cheese in it and they just loved it. The recipe you can find in the post Smørrebrød and potato salada. I put melting English mature cheddar on the top of the burger and it was ready to be served. So successful dish ever! It’s informal, fun and delicious. If you don’t have to be super fancy, this option is a real good one.

Eu usei minha mayonnaise caseira que voces ja conhecem como preparar do post anterior onde eu expliquei e dei a receita. Esta no post com Smørrebrød e salada de batatas que voces encontram facilmente. So’ que nessa vez eu juntei um pouco de ricotta ‘a receita e todos amaram. Dai coloquei cheddar ingles nos burgers quentes e o cheddar naturalmente derrete. Estao prontos para serem servidos. Um prato de muito sucesso! E’informal, divertido e delicioso. Se voce nao tem que ser formal essa opcao e’ otima.

You just have to cut them and place them in a tray with extra vergine olive oil, little rosemary, little sage, little thyme, salt and they are ready to be baked in hot oven until they are golden brown. They are so delicious and you can have them as side dish in many other plates. As you know, I don’t use garlic, I use hing. So, if you don’t have hing, you get one clove of garlic and give a beat and leave the skin. Throw it inside the tray just to give the aroma.

Eu nao frito as batatas, mas as asso. Voce so’ tem que corta-las, coloca-las numa assadeira com azeite de oliva, um pouco de alecrim, umpouco de salvia, um pouco de timo, sal, e estao prontas para serem assadas em forno quente ate ficarem douradas. Sao deliciosas e podem servir de acompanhamento para outros milhoes de pratos. Como voces sabem eu nao uso alho, eu uso hing. Mas voces podem usar um so’ dente de alho socado levemente e com casca. Jogue-o la assadeira com as batatas para aromatizar.

It’s called Remoulade and it’s so delicious that you are going to get addicted if you try it. In Denmark it’s so popular and in every house you can find it. You can use in salads, sandwiches fries and anywhere you like it. This one is the egg free version and it’s the best one. You can find the egg free version only in Fakta supermarkets.

Voces ja escutaram falar desse molho aqui? Se chama Remoulade e e’ tao gostoso que voce vai ficar dependente se experimenta-lo. Na DK e’ super popular e em toda casa voce vai encontra-lo. Voce pode usa-lo em saladas, sanwiches e batas fritas e onde quer que voce queira. Este daqui no prato e’ a versao sem ovos e considerada a melhor. Voce pode encontrar a versao sem ovos somente no Fakta supermercados.

home made gingerale with apple juice and lemonI also prepared a gingerale. How easy it is and everybody loves it! You just boil grated ginger in water for just a few minutes. Grate an apple as well. When it cools down, just use a sieve and pour the spicy drink in half bottle. The other half complete with sparkling water. Squeeze fresh lemons and use honey to sweet it. It’s so refreshing, digestive, delicious and healthy.

Eu tembem preparei o gingerale. Quanto e’ facil e todo mundo adora! Voce so’ tem que ferver agua e gengibre ralado por alguns minutinhos. Rale uma maca tambem. Quando estiver frio, coe com uma peneira e coloque ate’ um pouco menos da metade em uma garrafa. A outra metade coloque agua com gas. Esprema um limao e adoce com mel. E’ super refrescante, digestivo, delicioso e saudavel.

You just have to cut very small vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, green peas, celery and maybe even zucchine or any other vegetable that you want to use. Boil them. When they are soft and cooked, just smash a bit and season it with salt, black pepper, hing, cumin powder. Then you will need a flour to keep all together. I use chick pea flour because it’s tasty and it’s perfect for burgers. Just make the burgers and fry them in frying oil. They are ready! I’ll be helping you with videos very soon. Os burgers sao super simples de preparar. Voce so’ tem que cortar bem pequeninos os vegetais como batatas, cenoura, ervilhas verdes, salsao, se quiser abobrinhas ou qualquer vegetal que voce queira. Ferva-os. Quando estiverem cozidos e macios, de uma amassada neles, mas nao muito e tempere com sal, pimenta preta moida, hing (ou alho) e cominho em po’. Dai voce ira precisar de uma farinha para dar a liga. Eu uso sempre farinha de grao de bico proque e’ saudavel, saborosa e e’ perfeita para essa receita. Faco os burgers e os frito em oleo para fritura. Estao prontos! Eu estarei ajudando voce com meus videos muito em breve. Eu so’ tenho que encontrar tempo!
