Over sized chocolate chip cookies

There’s nothing better than a whole bunch of tasty and moisty chocolate chip cookies. I make mine with excellent chocolate and walnuts. And of course, I also make them over sized… so then my family is fully happy!

Nao tem nada mais gostoso do que um monte de biscoitos de chocolate, deliciosos e que derretem na boca. Eu faco os meus com excelente chocolate e nozes. E claro, eu tambem os faco enormes! Dai minha familia fica completamente feliz!

over sized butter chocolate chip cookies Cookies are easy to make and everybody loves them. With the same base you can add whatever you want and make and create your own recipe. I start cutting the chocolate. I don’t buy the drops. I don’t find them nice and good quality. Therefore I use Marabou chocolate, which is a so so so delicious Swedish chocolate. I cut it into pieces and cut also the walnuts. That’s it. Mix the ingredients and bake them. Success!

Biscoitos sao super faceis de preparar e todo mundo gosta. Com a mesma base voce pode adicionar o que voce quiser e criar a tua propria receita. Eu comeco cortando o chocolate em quadradinhos. Eu nao compro as gotas de chocolate porque nao gosto da qualidade delas. Por isso eu uso chocolate Marabou, que e’ um delicioso chocolate sueco que aqui todo mundo ama. Corto tambem as nozes. E e’ isso. Misturo os ingredientes e asso tudo. Sucesso!

Sempre use a melhor manteiga porque ela vai dar gosto nos biscoitos. Eu sempre uso Lurpak, claro. E’ a melhor e tudo fica muito mais gostoso com ela!

Eu usei essa xicara para medir essa receita. Sempre use a mesma para a receita inteira, dai nao da diferenca e erros.

O resultado e’ simplesmente essas super maravilhosas e molinhas, suculentas over sized bicoitos de chocolate da Renata…ahahahah. Sim, eu os faco assim grandes e molinhos. Tem que derreter na boca. Eu sempre coloco nozes…nozes sao mihas preferidas!

freshly baked butter chocolate chip cookies You can serve them in so many different ways. My kids like with milk, of course. This “milk” on the above foto, is almond milk. It’s so delicious and it’s a super good option for the vegans. I always use it in my kitchen and I love it. It’s sweet and taste like marzipan… ahahahahah…I just love it! But you can use it as a replacer for dairy. Of course, cookies are so good also with coffee, tea, cappuccino…you decide!

Voce pode servir seus biscoitos em mil maneiras. Meus filhos amam com leite, claro. Esse leite da foto e’ leite de amendoas. E’ maravilhoso e super boa opcao para os vegans. Eu sempre uso na minha cozinha e eu amo. E’ docinho e tem gosto de marzipan… ahahahahah….Eu simplesmente amo! Mas voce pode usar como substituto para laticionios.

Claro, biscoitos ficam deliciosos com cafe, cappuccino, cha…voce decide!

Ok, here are the ingredients for the cookies:                                       Aqui os ingredientes:

3  cups of flour                                                                                           3 xic de farinha

1 super full cup of butter                                                                         1 xic bem cheia de manteiga

1/2 cup of brown sugar                                                                           1/2 xic de acucar integral

1/2 cup of dark brown sugar                                                                  1/2 xic de acucar mascavo

1 tea spoon of baking soda or bicarbonate                                            1 colher de cafe de bicarbonato

4 spoons of yogurt (for not using eggs)                                                 4 colh. de sopa de yogurte

1 cup of cut chocolate  and 1 cup of walnuts                                         1 xic de chocolate picado  e nozes picadas

1 stick of vanilla                                                                                       Baunilha fresca

Mix all together. Make the cookies the size that you wish. Place them in a tray. Bake in 200 C oven for about 20 min.
